What are the requirements to rent a car in the UAE?
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old. Required documents include:
Residents: Valid Driving License, Emirates ID (UAE) or Iqama (KSA), and a valid local Credit Card.
Visitors: Original Passport, Visit Visa, International Driving Permit (IDP), and a valid Credit Card.

Is insurance included in the rental price?
Every Massar rental includes insurance as per local regulations. For extra peace of mind, we also offer optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for added protection.
Can I drive my rental car from the UAE to Saudi Arabia Or Oman?
Cross-border driving is subject to specific terms and requires prior authorization and additional insurance coverage. Please contact our support team before your trip to arrange the necessary documentation.
What is the fuel policy for Massar Car Rentals?
We operate a "Full-to-Full" policy. You will receive the car with a full tank of fuel and should return it full to avoid any additional refueling charges.
